-I’m a book worm. In fact, I got this prestigious award in 5th grade because I was always reading under my desk instead of paying attention. My kindle is my emotional support item of choice (my water bottle is a close second) and fantasy is my favorite genre, although I will read just about anything.

-I did synchronized swimming when I was a kid. Yes, it is harder than it looks. I was terrible at it, but it was a blast.

-I love pretty much anything artsy. My current favorite hobby is crochet. My claim to fame is making a crochet version of the Era’s tour poster that is the size of a queen size bed. It took two years. I will not be doing it again.

-My favorite candy is chocolate covered gummy bears. I used to get them as a kid from a place called The Sweet Factory, and have been obsessed ever since. Trust me, it’s a real “don’t knock it till you try it” situation.

-I have a very small family, we are very close, and I love them dearly.

-My husband is my favorite person. Yes, he drives me crazy but he really is the best man I know and I am so grateful for him everyday. Plus he knows how to fix things, which is a huge bonus.

-It took 5 years and LOTS of medical intervention to have our son. It was the hardest 5 years of my life but I would do it over and over again if it meant getting to be his mom. He is the funniest, kindest, most fascinating little human and I am so lucky he calls me Mom (and sometimes Bro, but I’ll take it).

-I am a leftie. For some reason I find great pride in this.

-I have a BA in psychology. Humans fascinate me and I wanted to know more about why we are the way we are so when it came time to choose a major I went with psychology. Social Psychology remains my absolute favorite class of all time. I wholeheartedly believe this knowledge comes in very handy in my work and life in general.

-I have a caffeine problem. I usually drink my coffee black, but love a good latte (hot or iced, I will take it). I also drink more Coke Zero than I care to admit. I figure I could have a worse vice, don’t yuck my yum.

-I’m obsessed with my people. I keep my inner circle small and love them hard. My girlfriends give me life and you already know I am obsessed with my hubby, kid, and family. I am definitely a quality over quantity type of gal in this way.

-I hope you can tell already, but I adore what I do. Even after all these years I sometimes wonder how I got so lucky. I am grateful to each and every person that has trusted me with their most precious moments. You are the real MVP. Now it’s your turn, tell me everything!
