Hi there, I’m Katie

I’m Katie Moeller (she/her), the girl behind the one woman show that is Katherine Nicole Photography. My first love was psychology, and what I went to school to study. I love people and trying to understand the human experience is still one of my passions. I am also a lover of all things art, and in my quest to find a creative outlet I found photography. My new found passion blended my love for the human experience and my desire to contribute something beautiful to the world. I have photographed hundreds of weddings, across many different cultures, and the one thing that unites them all is the human desire for connection and love. It is a beautiful thing to witness and a humbling responsibility to document.

I am also a big believer in balance. My husband Aaron and my son Lucas are my whole world and my free time is usually spent making memories with them. We love to go on adventures and road trips, watch Lucas play his various sports and activities, or just cuddle up on the couch with our dog Poppy to watch a movie. I also love to read, crochet, and enjoy a good cocktail hour with friends. Just a girl, living her best life, oh so grateful for every moment.
